Objective |
Develop a structure required for the different projects' follow-up, that guarantees the achievement of the expected results, as well as the validation and transference of those results. |
Required Roles |
Coordinators: they are communicators, lead the process from one phase to another, identify obstacles and generate proposals, optimize resources and generate progress reports.
Traders: experts in identifying needs, confidence builders in both groups. Consensus building skills around the agenda's commitments.
Evaluators: Professional and technical skills associated to specific fields for project evaluation
Developers: experts in project logical framework definition, facilitators |

• Designation of the project's coordinating organization.
• Definition of the organization in charge of following up the project.
• Establishment of agreements for funds execution.

Justification |
This kind of projects oriented to solve specific problems must contemplate, the result transference to the communities or users related to it. Therefore, the follow-up of its implementation, according to the commitments assumed in the formulation phase, is essential, as well as the supervision by the users-beneficiaries in relation to the coordinating organization, until adopting the methodology as a natural exchange logic. |
Common problems |
• Institutional fears or jealousy avoid the formalization of the fund's constitution.
• Non-application of sanctions by the organization responsible for the non-compliance with the contract.
• There are no skills or abilities in the project's coordinating institution to be able to convert the results into tools for the direct use of the beneficiaries. |

• A fund constituted with the participation of all the actors involved in the project.
