Phase 2: Call for applications. Presentation of pre-projects and Linking of Actors.

Objective

Promote the participation of the greatest number of stakeholders from different sectors, who are connected to the topic or problem already defined in the previous phase.

Required Roles

Analysts: high capacity of management and processing information for the context analysis and the state of the art exploration of the Agenda's diverse topic areas and over the actors associated with them.

Coordinators: they are communicators, lead the process from one phase to another, identify obstacles and generate proposals, optimize resources and generate progress reports.

Traders: experts in identifying needs, confidence builders in both groups. Consensus building skills around the agenda's commitments.

Advisors: people with expertise and experience in the area or topic.

Callers: people who are recognized in both groups

General Activities

• The publication of the consensus diagnosis
• Invitation to participate in the process
• Check and control of the range of the call
• Potential stakeholders' follow up in the next phase

Justification

The participation of all possible stakeholders is essential for the success of this methodology, therefore a public call strategy in the press (national and regional range) is important. In addition, in order to have a feedback of the possible results, a direct invitation campaign should be included, which will allow to make a list of possible participants in the next phase and their interests.
