Phase 4: Products, Skills and Learning Products

Products

This Phase of the Agenda expresses the following products:

  • A series of arrangements to strengthen the projects and linked them with their users-beneficiaries.
  • A set of projects approved for specific amounts that involve various commitments.

Skills and Resources

  • Professional and technical capacities to facilitate the formulation of consensus projects under the methodology of Logic Framework.
  • Professional and technical capacities associated with specific fields to evaluate projects.

Learning Products

  • Given the shortcomings detected in the formulation of projects and the high percentage of projects rejected, it is suggested that the call for proposals be opened by requiring preliminary projects to be submitted to a project phase after an initial selection and by holding a workshop for the formulation of Agenda projects, under the methodology of the Logical Framework.
  • This phase of the Agendas is vital in terms of establishing the mechanisms that ensure the linkage and transfer of the results of the projects with their user-beneficiaries.
